@ttattooedfairy like i know the mental block can be real, but ordering a vanilla latte at sbux vs a local shop will be around the same cals. the variance would be the same as going to sbux twice - its gonna be a little different but negligible (i’ve worked as a barista for 10 yrs)

Yeah I’d love to boycott Starbucks but they have a calorie display with their items that is fairly consistent give or take a few and quite frankly the range on a seasonal banana bread oat milk latte from the local coffee shop could be anywhere between 50-350 and that scares me
