Avoid @Saks! I returned 1 item (paid w/ gift card + credit card) and they refunded the gift card — even though I kept the more expensive item + was told that wouldn’t happen. It’s been a month, still no refund.  Customer service? Rude + useless. Never again #saks

@Tin_Leg I started a claim on 6/22 and i have called all week because i have not heard back from the adjuster company yet! I need a response right away!
