ENGENEs, It’s extremely disappointing to witness how our fellow established fanbases are being treated. These are very small teams, sometimes even consisting of just ONE person, who have decided to step up for ENGENEs and ENHYPEN to cover updates/news. We understand that EVERYONE, including OURSELVES is currently still being affected by the departure and trying to figure out how to handle updates moving forward, but under NO circumstances does that mean to begin BLINDLY following others just because it seems that their beliefs align with yours. There should ALWAYS be caution in following and listening to newer fanbases/accounts, especially those that ask for donations of any kind. And yes, WE, as a relatively new fanbase, expect and understand if there’s caution with us too. The current established fanbases are trusted BECAUSE of the time and effort they’ve taken to provide us ENGENEs with systems and tutorials that help make us a well-oiled machine. ENHYPEN’s success is because of ENHYPEN (yes, including HEESEUNG) and because of OUR SUPPORT FOR THEM. And it’s this same support that they ALL have already asked for that will get them further in their careers. We, and other fanbases, have already stated that we DO NOT support ANY kind of boycott. This includes DIGITAL PIRACY + COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT! Choosing to download ENHYPEN music and content and upload it to online drives and sites for public use is ILLEGAL AND SUBJECT TO BEING FINED AND PROSECUTED. Boycotting will NOT make Heeseung return, especially if it’s NOT what he wishes for at this time. Speculating about the situation and how it happened is natural considering how BE:LIFT handled everything, BUT IT SHOULD NOT ALWAYS BE TAKEN AS FACT. WHAT IS FACT and REALITY, is that Heeseung has left the group WHILE remaining SIGNED to BE:LIFT and WILL be releasing solo music UNDER BE:LIFT. What is fact and reality, is that JUNGWON, JAY, JAKE, SUNGHOON, SUNOO and NI-KI have decided to continue promoting as ENHYPEN and WILL be going on tour again and releasing new music as ENHYPEN ALSO UNDER BE:LIFT. ALL of them have continuously asked for our support and have expressed excitement in showing us their future projects. ALL of them on multiple and separate occasions have ALREADY stated the amount of agency they have in their careers has increased. This ALONE should have been enough to show ENGENEs that they are making the big and undeniably difficult step in moving forward, and that eventually we all should be too, whether that decision includes supporting all of them, supporting only one over the other, or not supporting at all. And regardless of whatever decision that is, it NEVER means to bring nor entice HATE and HARASSMENT to the seven boys who choose to walk separately or to their fans that choose to accept that. DO NOT BOYCOTT. DO NOT MASS REPORT ESTABLISHED FANBASES. DO NOT SABOTAGE any of these boys who only want to continue their careers. If you choose to leave, do so and don’t bring hate to either act. If you only want to support one artist (either HEESEUNG or ENHYPEN), do so and don’t bring hate to the other. If you choose to support both, do so, and help us in making them even bigger. ENGENEs exist because of ENHYPEN. ENHYPEN will continue to exist because of ENGENEs. You’re not any less of an ENGENE if you want to support HEESEUNG too.
