@graceunstable @suncalz888 @STARREXIIC it’s not more calories but the ratio of g to cal is different. 100g of uncooked pasta is very different from 100g of cooked pasta from the water weight. the entire trap is that 100g of cooked pasta is not a lot at all so ppl think it’s low cal bc 100g uncooked is a lot
