Update: reached 190 lbs a couple days ago!!!!! I think for now I’m gonna maintain that weight maybe lose a little more idk yet Rn I’m starting to take creatine (I have been CHUGGING water) I also wanna focus on more protein to help lose more body fat Super excited though!!
