While some people in this space do seem to grow quickly, they don't always go about it properly. This is why someone who might have grown really fast at one point eventually gets a google doc dropped about them, because maybe they acted shady to get where they were. don't let that be you. If you are truly a person who treats others with respect & kindness, you will eventually be noticed. It might mean growing slower but as someone who has been here almost 6 years now, I know that it's far more worth it to grow in a way that doesn't hurt other people on your way up.

I don’t know which VTuber needs to hear this, but… There’s nothing wrong with doing things on your own!!! It’s okay to have a small circle of friends! It’s okay to not force yourself to join every collab offer out of FOMO or for ‘Networking’ purposes. You don’t need to sign up for everything ‘Just in case’ it could help with growth!! Focus on you and your own content, don’t feel guilty to not be someones background character! Real friends will understand you can not join every collab event, they also will not ask you to overexert yourself to be there at odd times if they care about you.
