@FlyFrontier Update: Because I took the flight (the employee stole my phone AFTER I was seated, I didn’t realize until we were in the air) I’m not eligible for a refund of any kind. Next time a Frontier employee steals my property I’ll be sure to turn the plane around myself i guess??

@FlyFrontier (3) @FlyFrontier … at the Portland Airport. I also would at the very least like a refund for my flight because this employee stole my phone while i was boarding, leaving me stranded without a phone when i landed!! Hate having to bring this to X but not sure what else to do!!

@FlyFrontier A Frontier gate agent stole my phone last weekend while i boarded my flight. The police have CCTV footage of this happening, and were eventually able to retrieve my phone from a residential address after tracking it. I’ve tried to contact customer service.. (1)
