depression completely destroyed me last year. something needs to change or im going to straight up die

i used to be able to draw a lot every day, lineart, color, and even shading. now im lucky if it takes less than two days to get a sketch done

it really sucks. i was looking at my old art, how much effort i'd be able to put in it, even for cheap comms... i don't have the energy to do that anymore. it's making me feel hopeless.

@herlostsocket i cant fall asleep naturally anymore for some reason. ironically addеrall makes me fall asleep sometimes though

as much as i wanna fix my sleep schedule, 10pm-1am is the only time i feel like drawing after work, and my job isn't good enough to let those few hours go wasted on sleep
