Hello everyone, we have started a pilot with ecoro-road.com building automated freight transportation. They are using hexar.ai for field troubleshooting during deployment, marking a key milestone and giving us valuable feedback to improve the product.

Our team has rewritten nearly half of the codebase to significantly improve the frontend experience and overall system performance. hexar.ai is now fully compatible with mobile devices, making it easier to use on the go. We have also achieved substantial latency improvements, which have been thoroughly tested. We will be sharing more details about these updates in upcoming posts. At Hexar AI we are building the next generation IDE for troubleshooting machines. Software had programming languages, then GitHub for collaboration, then coding IDEs and now agentic AI. We are creating the same evolution for robotics and machinery. An IDE powered by an AI that understands mechanical, electrical, software and electronics. It is already helping us diagnose complex robots. Adoption will take time, but being among the first to build this future gives us a real advantage. On the @VirtualsWeekly Show yesterday we covered the charts of some of the @virtuals_io Unicorn launches. During this down period of the cycle, I try to identify opportunity and whilst it exists across the ecosystem, I see the Unicorn launches as particularly interesting. I've personally met with the majority of teams launching on Unicorn and feel I've got a good understand on their long term plans and potential. My thoughts on the five most undervalued Unicorn launches to watch (note this doesn't necessarily mean these are the 'best' or 'highest rated', I'm looking at current FDV and potential); 1. @TeamLurky @ $946k FDV - Incredibly hardworking and dedicated team who have a niche all to themselves. As AudioFi expands and grows, Lurky will gain more traction. More features being rolled out in the coming months will help bring users and eyes to the project. 2. @Starlythestar @ $357k FDV - Born out of the @sponstar_io business, Starly will be the agentic component to IRL treasure hunting. Powered by commercial partnerships, as the user adoption grows, the $STAR token grows. 3. @hexar99 @ $465k FDV - Still very early but an emerging machine troubleshooting AI companion with a lot of potential. The team have secured runway through the Unicorn capital formation mechansim (token hit ~$4m shortly after launch) and I expect this to develop over time as they progress with their beta/early partnerships and testing. 4. @auditoneagent @ $402k FDV - A solid team building out multiple products under the 'AuditOne' banner. The AI agent for truth/verifiability, but also an agent for swaps. I think once this goes full steam ahead on ACP, we'll see more interest and eyes on the project. 5. @ReplyCorp @ $1.67m FDV - Turning social media posts into viral storefronts, I think ReplyCorp has hit upon a novel use of the timeline. With customers already onboarded, and I'm sure more on the way, the path to revenue seems simple. Whilst it's the highest FDV of this cohort of five Unicorn projects, I still see a lot of room for growth as the project expands. I've excluded discussion on @agent_CEO and @0xProvenance here. Both are Unicorn launches which I work with and I'm obviously incredibly bullish on (both massively undervalued),but I wanted this to be a list without any that perceived bias. I've personally rotated out of lower conviction plays over the last week and have taken bigger positions in some of the Unicorn launches I'm keen on. NFA DYOR as always!

Who are founders of Hexar AI? Prajwal Gote - Robotics Engineer, ex-Jaguar Land Rover (Autonomous Driving team). Years of experience building robots and AV systems, previously part of a University of Oxford spinout in autonomous driving. Kaivalya Pande - Computer Vision Engineer at Honeywell, specializing in robotics and industrial AI. We are solving one of the most unstructured problems i.e. troubleshooting and fixing the physical world. Autonomous vehicles are one of the most complex machines ever built. Our thesis is simple, if we can solve troubleshooting for this extreme case, it becomes far easier to scale across any machine, robot, or software system.

How $HEXAR differs from ChatGpt? Traditional language models like ChatGPT are not designed to understand machines. To make them work, you would first need to feed them around 50 questions worth of detailed information just to explain what your machine looks like and how it operates. That means every engineer in the company would spend nearly an hour just helping the model grasp your system. Even then, ChatGPT does not inherently understand how software, mechanical, electrical, and electronic components interact in a robotics system. This lack of structural understanding leads to inaccurate or “hallucinated” responses. To solve this, we developed an entirely new way to represent machines. An architecture that allows AI to natively understand system-level relationships across domains. You can call it an editable brain. After months of research, we achieved a major breakthrough about four months ago. This architecture is now in the process of being patented and forms the core of our technology.

@Camos1990 Yes. So along with subscription, you will have option to pay with $HEXAR. We have runway of minimum a year from here. Also Universities are backing us here in UK. Multiple pilots with companies in hardware space are planned over 6 months timeline.
