@myobstetrician @DrGailBusby In less resourced countries, may be used instead of the Word catheter for outpatient management of Bartholin's cyst
Can be used as a tamponade for bleeding following marsupialization of Bartholin's cyst in theatre

@DrGailBusby I’ve used it a few times to push up membranes for rescue cerclage and once to stop an abdominal vessel after laparoscopy.
Think it would be good in an abdominal emergency in the armed forces.

What have you used them for?
I'll start:
A tourniquet for taking blood
A uterine tourniquet for abdominal myomectomies
Blowing up the balloon in the uterus to stop bleeding
