No, she's being portrayed by a trans woman, that does not in fact make Anne Boleyn herself trans.
So either you don't understand what acting is or you're just desperate for clicks.

This is real. They really cast a man as Anne Boleyn. As a Broadway lover this breaks my heart. He is a horrible singer. He couldn’t carry a tune in a paper bag. Audiences will cheer him for political reasons. And a really good female star just got pushed out.
