This is our submission for the @OpenWallet Hackathon. Aegis Protocol is the trust and payment layer for autonomous AI agents on Solana. Agents discover skills, verify trust scores, and pay per invocation. Creators earn 85% of every fee instantly. Every call is safety checked. Every payment settles in under a second. AegisX runs on the Open Wallet Standard. Encrypted vault. Isolated signing. Policy controlled spending. Keys never touch the agent or the LLM. No raw keys. No env vars. Just OWS under the hood. Here is how they work together. An agent connects to the Aegis marketplace through MCP. It finds a skill it needs. Before paying, the agent checks the operators trust score on chain. If the score passes the threshold, OWS checks the agents spending policy to make sure this payment is within budget. OWS signs the USDC transfer inside its encrypted vault. x402 settles it on Solana in under a second. The skill executes through NeMo guardrails. The creator gets 85%. The agent never touched a private key. That is the full loop. OWS is the wallet. Aegis is the marketplace, the trust layer, and the safety layer on top of it. 50 skills live across security auditing, DeFi trading, whale tracking, rug detection, contract deployment, portfolio management, sentiment analysis, and more. 180+ operators in the marketplace. 5 dimension trust scoring with bonded operators and NeMo guardrails on every single call. All 50 skills are built in the same SKILL.md format used by the @SolanaFndn at solana.com/skills and are ready to list on the official Solana skills marketplace.
