The hardest thing to prove in court is that you were banned from Call of Duty while not cheating and not violating ANY of the Terms of Service/Rules we all agreed to. For example, I've never been banned from Warzone since 2020. I can prove that i'm legit with identical gameplay on ANY Xbox, in any setting. Can you? Most PC players, comp, & streamers will play A LOT different on a PC that is not theirs or on console lol And your gameplay will be evidence in court. "Why can you get 70 kills at home but only 14 on this clean and vetted PC?" We do need shadowban transparency: Why was the ban issued? How long will the ban last? Why was the ban shortened or lengthened? etc.
