often times this is a younger creator mindset and conflicting egos where they feel their appearance and time are valued highly enough to be their contribution.
@MrBeast is obviously going to ask them to donalte to lead by example to get more donations from the community and giving opportunity for more brand exposure and screen time if you play ball.
if they refuse it causes needless friction and you probably just get blacklisted from future events.

I would 100% reevaluate the friendship. Cheating is a major breach of trust... and it would make me question what kind of person they really are. If it was not a close friend I would probably cut them off. If it was a close friend I would be deeply disappointed. But I am close with my close friends for a reason, and I truly do not think they would do that....

Todayโs lesson from the Sykkuno situation: a lot of people genuinely do not know how normal human interaction works anymore. Hemomal getting backlash for "wanting to give him a second chance" is exactly the reason why we need to be more cut and dry when it comes to dealing with bad people, so I'm glad and proud of her for rethinking it.
The more chances you give to bad people, the more you're enabling them to continue being shit. You are not helping anyone other than the aggressor in the situation.
I will never stop criticising fence sitters in any regard, rather it be you giving a bad person a second chance, you not calling out someone's bad behaviour just because they're your friend, or wanting to stay friends with someone despite knowing how terrible they are. The bystander effect is very much a real thing in this community.
I know many of you are kind hearted people who want to see good in others, but I hope you will realise that this kind of unnecessary "peace making" behaviour only benefits the abuser, invalidates the victim and overall does more harm than good.
