@ideasrex I never have background music playing. I only listen to music when my intention is to actually listen, absorb or analyze what is happening musically. Most of the time I thoroughly enjoy listening to the natural sounds all around me. I hope you are doing well, Irina. 👋🏼

Messiaen Vingt regards, learning the third and it is sooooo difficult for some reason. The ascension of the spirit going back to the divine and spiraling against the gravity is almost impossible to memorize. So much easier to fall down and that is what this is about.
