@lilyuwy my sister eats what she wants and she’s insanely skinny but the truth is she forgets to eat / doesn’t feel hungry EVER so she’s technically in a constant deficit and since she never feels hunger / forgets to eat her stomach is small so she can’t eat a lot because she gets full
