the thing that makes it worse is that no one has noticed. yeah it’s good because it would mean people didn’t give a fuck about me at any weight, i was (and still am) basically a ghost to them which i like but at the same time it’d feel so good if someone told me that they see me

i’m so tired. logically i know that going from bmi 30.7 to bmi 25 (– 16.6 kg/36.5lbs) is noticeable, at least it should be, but i still see nothing. even though i was able to buy a shirt size smaller and all of my clothes became loose on me i feel like nothing has changed

and i’m not even blaming people for acting this way, eds explain it all, but at the same time?? read the fucking room?

don’t lie to yourself. when asking such questions you’re not trying to educate yourself or whatever (because let’s be fr, you know the answer to the question), you’re just being rude and sorta acting like you’re better than those people you want to “educate yourself” about

questions like “how can you even gain x amount of weight” are not harmless, they’re insensitive. that’s actually something fat people hear quite often and it goes in the same category as questions like “how can you eat this much? i could never” etc.

so has anyone else experienced thinking that you lose weight wayyy faster than losertown has been predicting only to be hit with it being absolutely right because one day you gain water weight and the number on the scale perfectly aligns with whatever losertown had predicted

funniest part of losing all that weight - i dont see any difference

and if i say it’s not people around you suddenly starting to act disordered the moment they notice your wl or learn that you’re in fact disordered? it’s you starting to notice patterns in their behaviour which always were there but you weren’t paying attention before.

i’m not against using peptides or anything and i fully support those people who have found them helpful. it’s just my personal fear that using them is like putting a band-aid over a gunshot wound – it might stop the bleeding a little but it won’t make the wound heal

i might be really wrong and ignorant so if i’m wrong please correct me but i truly believe that people including myself are fat because food brought us comfort and without finding and fixing the reason we needed food to feel better we won’t really achieve anything

the main reason why i’ll never start using peptides to lose weight is because i believe that they don’t really solve the core problem. yeah, they do kill the food noise etc., but do they cure mental problems which most likely caused overeating/binges in the first place? NO
