how to fix Neon: - remove her ability to toggle sprint - give her sprint a proper duration - can only use slide within this window - every 2 kills, she can sprint/slide again - increase the quip time of weapons a tad when sliding it cannot be this hard to balance Neon..

ok this applies to both cs and val but i hate it when teams win/lose a round because of some bullshit like random spray trough a wall/smoke or an accidental collat. Like imagine playing a round perfectly and losing because some guy got lucky and sprayed 3 trough smokes
