Woke up this morning at 04.42am. Watched the sunrise on my casual 47km run. Had a 2 hour cold shower followed by 90 minutes of meditation. Finally I ran 246 sims this morning whilst doing a headstand. (try it) I am ready for Sunday. easywithaces.tv
