Life has been so busy recently but I’ve still managed to find time to feel awful

i wish i was able to pinpoint the reason of why i am this way or why i have this disorder but there’s so many reasons im not sure where to start. i think that why i haven’t gotten better bc i can’t understand why i’m this way
