Imperial Mandate is just ridiculously broken now? There was already some big abusers of it before, they're going to be so cracked after this I think the only thing stopping it from completely dominating the meta is the statline is unappealing for a lot of tanks/melee supports

Saw this thread on Endsteps discord and its honestly a pretty good breakdown of why ranged top is op/favoured over melees. They complete quest faster due to getting plates wayyy faster and the perma xp activates a lot quicker. Dshield + Second Wind Nerfs + Homeguards being buffed and 2x Combat Summonners make them a lot less punishable even if they do die. This could be fixed by making Melee Champs have a special passive vs ranged so they take less damage or have more regen vs Ranged champs binding it to the quest or just making the XP less effective on ranged champs so Anivia wont have magically 3 Levels on your top laners with ROA just by existing and pushing. ROA also gets bonus XP from the Quest not sure if this is intended!
