@miclattea unfortunately we don’t have papers or what 😭 we have a caretaker the owner assigned (which is a boarder too) and gave them a “free elec and water” benefit but tenant had about 3 kids and walang cctv to monitor their consumption which is obv higher than student tenants…

i’ve been in a solo room since freshman i don’t think i can handle walking on eggshells if may karoommate but at the same time ang mahal ng mga place dito bc mostly they only accept 2-4 in one room which is a real problem for me 😭
