Ichiro Suzuki has been elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame. A paragon of style who made the single cool and was as much of a student of his craft as any player in his generation, Ichiro will be the first Japanese-born player inducted into the Hall.

I always wondered the same shit every time I check out at the vet. My costs have ranged from $130 to $1300 to $7k

Friend just spent $7k on surgery for his dog's dislocated knee. Another guy I know has a dog with allergies, and is at the vet weekly, spending $500 a visit. I'd imagine countless people who have pets can't afford this -- what do they do? This has become such a huge business.
