No, you didn't. SF2 & MK3 made you buy completely new games to get new chars/stages in the same engine. Also, old games had small rosters + little content. SF2 had 8 chars for $60. SF6 had 18 chars for $60, inflation be damned. + more modes, more moves, online, patches, etc
