@kpottermn I think it helps more with customer satisfaction, the ultimate goal. Getting value for their high annual fee, even one cocktail, instead of being shut out entirely.

@jackjetsetting It's a great idea, no doubt, and a smart place to start with it. But I have a hard time seeing how it will help with overcrowding even a tiny bit.

If restricting credit card access, cracking down on guests, and setting entry time limits doesn't improve lounge overcrowding... ... I'm not sure how a 33-seat space that you can only enter 90 minutes before departure (& flights start boarding 40+minutes earlier) will help
