@DG_9_6 Great idea, hope it works, I read something the other day that at that point itโ€™s quality over quantity as well so visit metrics will likely drop and the challenge is finding the right influencers who are interested in two-way success. Something we might look at in the future too

We have a mailing list of 150,000+ people and we don't know what to do with it. We haven't for years. It's made of all sorts of people โ€” customers (some HEY, some Basecamp), prospective customers, people curious about our company, people who like our writing, people who've read our books, people who've just found out about us and are marginally curious. And I'm sure others. We don't like complexity, so trying to segment the list and maintain multiple lists isn't in the cards. Just not interested in the additional overhead, work of sending different things to different groups, etc. We don't do it that way here on X, and we're not interested in doing it that way on email. We also don't want to bug people, so an irregular cadence feels more natural that something too regular. Or perhaps just once a month is enough. And aggressive selling or pitching is anathema to us. And we don't, and won't, have a person or team purely dedicated to this. It's a side responsibility for one person at the most. Curious... What would you do with it given our self-imposed constraints above?
