i enjoyed this episode but i will say the pacing + wigs in auvergne left a lot to be desired but i'm not actually that pressed they didn't spend a long time on it considering the actual amount of pages in the book vs everything else.

focusing on the fun stuff so i don’t cry about the Rest

young hannibal’s fascination with botticelli is so sweet to me. <3 the thought of him returning again and again to sketch those paintings in his notebook, his love for primavera and it inspiring some of his first pieces.. i am so glad we got to see his early work
