Our study is now in print! We examined genetic divergence between bee- vs. hummingbird-pollinated populations of #penstemon and find they're all mixed up ... surprisingly few loci distinguish the two types!

Woohoo! My graduate student Quinn Thomas did a great job defending her master's today examining population genetics in Astragalus lentiginous, the most taxonomically diverse species in the NA flora. Her mentees brought flowers and wine, I brought doughnuts.
