When Starship Booster 19 left Pad 2, a few of the engines looked very familiar. Looking back, the @NASASpaceflight McGregor Live team spotted engines 57, 58, and 67 leaving the SpaceX engine testing facility back in November 2025, 4 months before. nsf.live/mcgregor

NASA went to asteroid Bennu expecting sand but instead it was all boulders. AstroForge employee Andy Ryan was formerly the Lead Scientist on OSIRIS-REx's sample physical and thermal analysis working group. Their paper just dropped. We talk about it here: apple.co/40550YW

Can Falcon 9 launch in the rain? Yeah, prolly... Falcon 9 and Starlink 10-33 punching through the rain this morning at the very end of its launch window, on the way to orbit from SLC-40. Booster 1077's 27th flight! 📸 - @NASASpaceflight

This morning in Florida, SpaceX installed the Methane BQD Hood on to the launch mount at historic LC-39A. Progress continues ahead of a future where Starships are launching right next to where Shuttles used to launch! @NASASpaceflight | nsf.live/spacecoast

We strive to always test as we intend to fly. This enables us to derisk components and subsystems before launch. To that end, here is a DeepSpace-2 test article in a vacuum chamber getting prepared for a hotfire thruster test under the control of our full avionics suite.

Initial Super Heavy V3 and Starbase Pad 2 activation campaign complete, wrapping up several days of testing that loaded cryogenic fuel and oxidizer on a V3 vehicle for the first time. While the 10-engine static fire ended early due to a ground-side issue, we saw successful startup on all installed Raptor 3 engines. Next up: preparing the booster for a 33-engine static fire

Fresh science is the best science. Also, fun fact: Andrew Ryan, who lead OSIRIS-REx's sample physical and thermal analysis working group joined AstroForge a few months ago after completing this study!

When OSIRIS-REx reached the asteroid Bennu in 2018, scientists expected to find a smooth, beach-like surface. Instead, they encountered a jagged, rugged world. Samples of the asteroid, brought back to Earth in 2023, are helping untangle the mystery: go.nasa.gov/4cMGBPb
