The refinery, located 450 km east of Moscow and the second-largest gasoline producer in Russia, can process up to 320,000 barrels per day. Lukoil has stopped offering gasoline, diesel, and fuel oil for sale on the exchange, with sources saying supplies may be halted until the end of April.

⚡️ 🇨🇳 🇺🇦 China just opened its market for Ukrainian wheat flour! This is big news - one of the world’s largest consumer markets is now accessible for our processed products, not just raw grain. Ukraine has significant surplus milling capacity - mills operate far below full potential, while domestic flour consumption is limited. Currently, Ukraine exports only about 65K tons of wheat flour per season. 🇨🇳 total wheat flour imports are around 200K tons annually (worth ~$110M), though the country is largely self-sufficient in wheat. Even capturing 10–20% of that import segment could multiply 🇺🇦 flour exports several times over, bringing millions in extra revenue, creating jobs in milling/processing, & increasing added value for farmers. #UkrainianAgriculture #UkraineEconomy
