I get more abuse and threats than most MPs. But the suggestion that police could close down peaceful demonstrations outside MP’s offices, town halls and Parliament is appalling. The first step towards a police state.

Just today, we've had a former PM saying Britain is now being run by a secretive Deep State, & a former Home Secretary saying Britain is now run by 'Islamists and the far left.'
Both are still MPs for the Conservative Party, which has actually been running Britain for 14 years.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Generative AI is a pandoras box that will poison the well of knowledge from which our culture drinks. It has nothing to do with AI, it's just industrial scale pollution of our knowledge base.
