If you are a local business using @bt_uk broadband, This is exactly why you should leave them. The worst service in the history of telecommunications and absolutely no explanation as to why the cost keeps rising. Thankfully, I moved to @zeninternet who are a first rate team.

If there are any Knutsford business #broadband users looking to move / run away screaming from the catastrophe that is @bt_uk , I can wholeheartedly recommend @zeninternet for their hands on, epic customer service and support not to mention fair and honest pricing

@bt_uk any reason but my basic business broadband without any phone line service is now £66? When it should be £30.96? I’ll tell you, Apparently it’s because I’m out of contract. What an excellent way to retain customers
