There’s Ribbans (albeit he only qualifies end of Oct), JJ vdMescht and JD Schickerling who all would be 1st options in other nations

I have a friend, who is like a younger brother to me. A genius Chartered Accountant who was once a CFO of a municipality some years ago. He is a practing Advocate, specializing in Corporate Law, Tax Law, he's just a hell of a genius. Moral of the story? They always say municipalities are collapsing because they don't have capacity and skilled people. Those with skills are either corrupted, if they refuse to be corrupted, they are killed, or they are lost to the private sector. Sad state of affairs we have in this country. #MadlangaCommission
