This is untrue The reason people get shingles is that the virus lays dormant in their body and then re-emerges when they are older to develop shingles. This has nothing to do with getting the chickenpox vaccine.

@EricLDaugh Here are 42 mostly small CA hospices that self-reported 2024 Medicare/Medicaid revenue of ~$80M and NI margins of at least 40%. (Their claimed "g&a" expenses should probably be added to their NI.) Hospices that actually care for patients don't earn 40%, especially small ones.

@EricLDaugh @EllieGAnders The Feds pay half of Medicaid bills and all of Medicare. Fraud is investigated by the OIG or DOJ. State departments of health will provide access to records, etc. but they already have most of them. The Feds never work fast but they don’t lose, either. Rare to see litigation.
