Lovely suite. Great stay here at Hilton for past few days with excellent personal service from the hotel manager himself.

You never learn from something that embarrasses you. We as leaders need to create that safe environment for people to learn. To absorb and to fail. Finally learn.

Great communication is not top down. Its sideways, colleague to colleague. You maybe the leader but it’s not about you. It’s about the person you are trying to communicate to.

@HungryMe133 Reflecting life. Ever since I started my new role, I am slammed with so many things daily. I have never worked so hard before to get such minuscular results. The inertia is god damn high. The learning curve is incredibly steep.

Someone asked me today what would I do if I could turn back time, would I change any of the big mistakes I made? Its a tough question. Would I buy bitcoin in bulk? Would I change the way I deal with various r/s? Would I change my career?

Happiness is so tough.

I would be damn bloody rich if I did that. I would be with the one that i loved the most. I would probably be in tech/web3. But I dont know if I will be happy. I can correct these, but I am sure I will make other mistakes with this new branch of life.
