Dear President @KagutaMuseveni, I complain to you as the most aggrieved citizen. Has @NIRA_Ug and Madam Kisembo ever given you a water-holding reason why it's issuing new IDs that have a biometric failure? They cannot register a new sim-card! "Take the new one but keep the old," they tell you. How now is our Ministry of Internal Affairs fighting insecurity? I need a good lawyer we sue NIRA over this shoddy work. @GukiinaPatrick @AmosKuuku are we in? We deserve better! I picked 'their' ID. It's not my ID because it cannot authenticate me.
