Their explanation: Security. They don't trust their customer portal with their QR codes. They’re fine with you entering your credit card details to pay your bills, that’s your card, but not their QR codes. #fail

You'd think a (digital!) QR code could be provided in a different, maybe even more ecological way and you'd be right, except this is @SaltMobile_DE, aka "SIM seller".

Seriously, @Mail_Gun , disabling an account without any notice is not nice. Then suggesting multiple accounts (which isn't the case) are "not allowed" (which isn't stated in either Terms of Service or AUP) as the reason is even less nice. It's been 24 hours, I'm missing emails.

I get that you don't want the hassle of charging $0.04, but I was very happy to pay $2.51 for reliable mail delivery. Disabling an account without notice doesn't fall under reliable mail delivery in my book. Tell me you have an issue upfront and let's sort it out.
