The Prophet (peace be upon him) does not give a religious ruling except by the revelation from Allāh whether it’s in the Qurān or the Sunnah you absolute moron
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “I was given the Qurān and something else like it (i.e., the Sunnah)”.
This means that both the Qurān and the Sunnah are a revelation
