With cutting-edge omics technologies the @GoossensLabVIB uncovered an exciting novel function of the RolB protein. A very nice and rewarding collaboration which started six years ago when some labs joint forces to study the interaction between tomato and rhizogenic agrobacteria.

Being a PI can be sometimes stressful, especially when projects are not immediately granted. However, having a very nice group with amazing people makes up for a lot. I do think that they want me to relax a little bit more 😊
