@englandsteeth Like @TheBDA @englandsteeth has been campaigning tirelessly to reform the NHS contract -NHS dentistry is in intensive care and needs something pretty substantial to recover it -there won’t be much left for @wesstreeting to fix if he doesn’t move fast

This is a good start to fixing a broken NHS dental service both in the short and long term -we shouldn’t have to see people taking their own teeth out or travelling miles to get access to an NHS dentist anymore but we need action not just words and promises

Now Government failure is sending the nation’s oral health back in time.
The PM promised to ‘restore’ this service.

The BDA has tirelessly raised the issue of this dysfunctional NHS dental contract for a decade and half -this generation of dentist graduating in the last few years have run out of goodwill and are doing their dentistry outside of the NHS now
