Did you know charging from 20% to 80% regularly is healthier for lithium batteries than constantly charging from 0% to 100%.
Here's why:
1. High voltage stresses the battery:
When your phone charges close to 100%, the battery stays at a high voltage level. This creates chemical stress inside the battery and slowly reduces its lifespan.
2.Deep discharge damages the cells:
Letting your battery drop to 0% puts heavy strain on the battery cells. Repeating this often can cause the battery to degrade faster.
3. Heat during full charging
Charging to 100% and keeping the phone plugged in for long periods can generate heat. Heat is one of the biggest enemies of battery health.
Thatโs why many modern phones now include features like optimized charging on the Apple iPhone or battery protection on Samsung phones, which slow or limit charging to protect the battery.

If nobody ever explained this to you, if someone you see a lot does something you like and you never ever tell them that, they might think you donโt like them or donโt like the things they do for you.
If you like your sisterโs cooking and have never ever told her that, she may very well think that you hate her cooking. If you like it when your friend drives you places and you never ever thank them, they might think youโre not grateful even if you are. If you like it when your partner does this or that thing for you they wonโt know that unless you tell them.
Tell people in your life hey thanks for driving me, that was a great dinner, I like your singing, thanks for helping me with that. They donโt automatically know that you appreciate what they do.
