There was a colleague of mine who wanted to quit without telling our boss. He told me he was leaving and wouldn’t inform him.
I kept advising him to tell the boss no matter what, but he refused. He said the boss would seize his salary.
In the end, he got paid and quit the next day.
Even I wasn’t happy with how he handled it.
But here’s the surprising part—I informed our boss two months in advance that I would be leaving, and he said I couldn’t go unless I found a replacement. He also said he would seize my salary.
So look at the situation: the other guy left without informing him and still got his salary. I did the right thing by giving notice, and my salary was seized 😥

No wonder some people don't tell the employers before quitting. They just collect their salary and leave . . If you like, decide not to pay them timely. Na you go loss at the end

The day I confirm say Police no dey for me na when I go report case them first use insult wound me based off my carelessness then extort money from me and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help. The only thing I managed to achieve was the police report.
