diediediedie i finally checked my weight and i gained 4kg since im back home i want to killmyself this is all bcs i have to eat everything my grandma gives to me everyday i hafe this how do i restrict properly when shes like this all the time

im very hungry, i last ate at like 5.40pm then took a shower and proceeded to brush my teeth to avoid eating anymore. tried to sleep at like 9 to avoid feeling hungry but cannot fall asleep at all despite being tired. its almost 12am and now imma still cant sleep and im STARVING

theres so much food in the table, if i dont eat it then the food will get bad and my elders will probably get disappointed in me. my siblings who are much skinnier than me wont eat it but what am i supposed to do? if i eat it then ill get more fat than i already am.
