This is a misrepresentation of the evidence.
The math is correct, but not the basis for the math. I don't know who is claiming it was 6 seconds and 33 meters, but that is 100% inaccurate.
It was approximately 16 seconds to reach roughly 249 feet (75.93 meters).

🚨 4:49 mile pace… on a gravel roof… starting prone… with a rifle. Video measures the suspect covering 33.44 meters in just 6 seconds. That’s 5.57 m/s — a 4 minute 49 second mile. Prosecution says this is the shooter escaping after the fatal shot. He had to: Stand up from prone Carry a 45" ~9 lb rifle Run on loose gravel Cover ~100+ meters …in roughly 20 seconds total before jumping off the roof. The gravel shows zero running trail. Physically impossible. Even elite Olympic sprinters don’t hit that pace on a track in a short burst. On gravel? After lying prone? Armed? No human does that. Yet the prosecution’s own timeline and video demand it. This is one of multiple independent lines of evidence that the claimed shooter position is wrong. The acoustic data, the roof photos, and now the impossible sprint all say the same thing: Reasonable doubt.
