is the refund offer bogus? Since the form does not work seems like BS. But i filled out the paperwork with the state of CA and you are supposed to send me the $$ so what's the deal? @lockitron_help

@kvndbrl Looks like someone followed up via email. That device is a crowdfunded unit from 2013-2014 and might have other issues.
