@Delta But when a ~$4,000 Delta One seat doesn’t function for a 13-hour international flight, $100 + 10k SkyMiles (~$100) doesn’t really reflect the experience that was paid for. It also raises a fair question: Are Delta One seats being sold even when they’re known to be inoperable?

Flying Delta One on Delta Air Lines from SLC → ICN on Feb 19, you expect a fully functioning lie-flat seat, power outlets, working entertainment, lighting, and the premium long-haul experience the product advertises. Unfortunately, that’s not what we received.
