Yes. Jesus descends from heaven with a SHOUT, the voice of the archangel, the Trumpet of God. All souls will see Him. Dispensationalism makes a Secret Rapture out of whole cloth. The likely scenario is living and dead saints (raised), JOINING the Savior's triumphant return to judge the living and the dead. After which He establishes the new Earth under new heavens, where there is no sin, pain, or dying ever again (the eternal state.)
