@ALEXAGY0 Mental clarity, motivation, an overall better feeling of happiness. My favorite parts are: The entry back into the dream world, it is extraordinary. Stopped eating junk food, candy and soda and have a better awareness of what I do put into my body. Finding new hobbies.
