5 years later... Kris and I have spent the better part of two years trying to get healthy and exercise. We're really proud of our journey, even though it's been super hard. As an emotional eater, I've had to find other ways to deal with anxiety. Every day, I try to be a better version of myself than I was the day before, and I'm still striving to take care of myself, meditate, and relax. Feeling better physically helps a lot. If I'm tempted to eat my feelings, I sometimes pull up old photos to remind myself that discipline pays off. I never thought I'd be able to get this far in my weight loss/health journey, but we're doing it! Keep reminding yourself that it takes time, and remember YOU GOT THIS!
