I love this bread so much that I now bake it every week and eat it nearly every single day. It’s Danish rugbrød (rye bread). It can normally be a bit of a fanny to make, requiring a specific sort of rye sourdough starter, but I’ve developed a recipe in which you can make it in 24 hours.
